We work alongside young people facing inequality, exclusion and disadvantage, helping them develop skills, confidence and leadership while ensuring their voices shape the services, systems and decisions that affect their lives.
Programmes

We work alongside young people aged 11–25 who:
- Experience barriers to opportunity
- Want to develop confidence and leadership skills
- Are navigating education, employment or training transitions
- Have lived experience of inequality or exclusion
- Want to influence change within their communities
- Have creative, entrepreneurial or leadership ambitions
- Are seeking positive pathways into adulthood

Assistant Head Teacher
Malachi works really well with young people and is a positive role model to all young people. He is always keen to make a difference to impact young people positively so they can have a different outlook on life. Malachi has been a consistent member of the school team and is always a positive influence to encourage others. He is good at de-escalting violent situations, mediating, and finding a common resolution through undertaking restorative work between young people.
